The Challenge
Fashion retailers managing inventory across multiple brick-and-mortar boutiques and a global web store suffer from constant stock mismatches. Existing enterprise ERP software is too expensive, slow, and overly complicated for fast-growing fashion labels.
The Solution
We built an omnichannel system linking a web store and a merchant Point of Sale (POS) application. By utilizing Firebase Firestore's real-time subscriptions, stock counts update globally in under 200ms when an item is scanned at a physical register. The entire frontend was optimized using Next.js static site generation to ensure sub-second page loads for web customers, even on low-speed mobile connections.
The Results & Impact
NEVERBE brand experienced a 30% reduction in stock-out occurrences and automated daily reconciliations, saving approximately 10 hours of manual cataloging every week.
