All content, features, functionality, source code, and assets within VX9Studio applications and this website are owned by VX9Studio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our applications for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our applications.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to use our applications in any way that violates applicable laws, exploits or harms minors, or sends spam or unsolicited material.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our backend servers, cloud databases, or API infrastructure.
4. Purchases & Subscriptions
Some of our applications may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. By purchasing, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase.
Subscription renewals and cancellations are managed through the respective platform stores (Google Play Store, Apple App Store) or our payment provider (Stripe).
5. Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Our applications and website are provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. VX9Studio makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall VX9Studio be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our applications.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
