Our Privacy-First & Offline Architecture
At VX9Studio, we engineer our consumer mobile applications (including NextStep, Fennix, and AppRoute) with an offline-first philosophy. Your personal routines, habits, task lists, network routing rules, and local usage metrics are stored exclusively on your device within local SQLite / Room databases.
We do not upload or mirror your habits, task descriptions, or private routines to external cloud databases, ad trackers, or third-party data brokers.
How to Delete Your Data Directly Inside the App
You do not need to fill out forms or wait for developer approval to purge your data. Full deletion control is built directly into every app:
- 1Open the app on your Android device (NextStep, AppRoute, or Fennix).
- 2Navigate to Settings.
- 3Choose app-specific deletion:
• In NextStep, scroll to the Account section and tap Delete Account & Data.
• In AppRoute, tap Clear All Data or Reset All Settings to permanently wipe all network routing rules, custom quotas, and recorded data usage history.
• In Fennix (which operates completely account-free), swipe to delete any chat, or go to Model Manager to delete downloaded AI models. - 4System-level wipe: To wipe all local databases and settings at once for any app, open Android Settings > Apps > [App Name] > Storage and tap Clear Data, or simply uninstall the application. All local databases and cached configurations are erased immediately and irreversibly.
Automatic Deletion via App Uninstallation
Because our apps do not synchronize your tasks or habits with external accounts, simply uninstalling the application from your Android device through the Google Play Store or device settings immediately and permanently deletes all local application sandbox storage and Room databases.
Data Retention & Third-Party Services
Personal Task & AI Data: 0 days retained on external servers. Wiped immediately when requested or upon app removal.
Aggregated Crash Diagnostics: If you opt-in to Android crash reporting via Google Play Services, anonymized stack traces (devoid of personal names, routines, or identifiers) are retained by Google for up to 90 days to diagnose system crashes.
