How to delete data directly from inside our apps:

• In NextStep: Navigate to Settings > Account > Delete Account to immediately and permanently erase your account credentials, routines, and task data.

• In AppRoute: Navigate to Settings > Clear All Data or Reset All Settings to instantly wipe all on-device routing rules, quota configurations, and traffic statistics. You can also clear app data via Android Settings > Apps > AppRoute > Storage > Clear Data.

• In Fennix: Because Fennix runs completely offline with zero user accounts, you can delete conversations by swiping, remove downloaded AI models via Model Manager, or clear all app data via Android system settings.

Alternative deletion requests: If you no longer have an app installed or need assistance, email us directly at hello@vx9studio.com. Our privacy team will process and verify your request within 48 hours.

6. Your Rights & Contact Information

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by us.
